Nevada Legal Services provides free legal resources to low-income families, women, minorities, people with disabilities, and others in need throughout the state. Provides legal representation to the low-income population of Delaware in civil matters such as bankruptcy filings and counseling, consumer matters, housing matters, and unemployment benefit matters. If you have a civil law problem but can`t afford to hire a private lawyer, you can still access the legal system through your local legal advice and legal aid organization, which provides free or low-cost legal services to low-income people. We just filed a lawsuit to end @NYSOCFS #HostHomes program that creates a phantom system of family segregation without essential protections for children and parents. Alternative care does not promote family reunification and does not keep families together. Voluntary legal foster homes provide supervision, advocate for children and parents, hold regular hearings, prioritize the placement of children in extended families, and provide referrals. Hostels offer none of these protections and must be stopped.
