It`s none other than Taft Law (the firm formerly known as Taft Stettinius & Hollister before its merger with Briggs and Morgan), a firm where salaries have been rising since April. As previously mentioned, the company`s first increases did not take effect until July 1, and the second group of increases will not take effect until October 1. Employees no longer have to wait for their third round of increases, as they will also take effect on October 1. This time, each of the company`s Ohio offices received another raise. Congratulations to everyone at Taft on their well-deserved raises. Which company will be the next to share wealth with its employees? The company will not increase its requirement of 1,850 billable hours in light of these increases, which is even better for employees. Congratulations to all. Maybe the company will finally hit the market before the end of the year. Compensation & BenefitsTaft offers a competitive starting salary to our new employees. As of January 1, 2023, our starting salary is $205,000 in Chicago, $190,000 in Minneapolis, $175,000 in Cleveland and $165,000 in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton and Indianapolis.
