Orders & Payments
Once your order is placed items on the order cannot be amended, however, we may be able to cancel the order if it has not been shipped. Please contact us immediately as we pack and ship orders quickly.
If your order has not been shipped it may be possible to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately to confirm.
Check that your billing address matches the address your payment card is registered to. Additionally, check that your name is entered as it appears on your payment card. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer a gift wrap service.

We are not experiencing adverse delays; however, we will endeavour to contact you if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason.
Once the order has been dispatched, we normally send an email confirmation with the tracking number.
Usually yes, however, during this Covid-19 period you may find that this is suspended for the safety of everyone. The courier may ask for the name of the person accepting the delivery and photograph the parcel being accepted as proof of delivery.
If there is no answer when the courier arrives a card will be left explaining how to arrange a new delivery.
